Dough: Durum Wheat Semolina*, Water, Turmeric*, Tomatoes*.

Filling: Spinach* (25%), Tofu* (Water, Soya Beans*, Nigari), Bread Crumbs* (Wheat Flour*, Yeast*), Vegetable Broth* (Sea Salt, Wheat Flour*, Onion*, Yeast Extract*, Carrot*, Parsnips*, Red Pepper*, Tomato*, Garlic*, Parsley*, Turmeric*), Leeks* (3%), Sunflower Oil*, Pepper*

Preparation guidelines

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add ravioli.  Simmer for 10-13 minutes.  Drain and serve hot with one of our Biona pasta sauces.  Buon Appetito!
