Ingredients

Dough: Durum Wheat Semolina*, Water, Spinach* (green variety), Tomatoes* (1.5%) (red variety), Turmeric*, Tomatoes* (yellow variety)

Filling: Tofu* (24%) (water, soya beans*, nigari), Tomatoes* (4%), Potatoes*, Bread Crumbs*, (wheat flour*, yeast*), Sunflower Oil*, Sea Salt, Onions*, Garlic* Oregano*, Basil*, Parsley*, Pepper*

Preparation

Bring salted water to the boil and add cappelletti.  Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve hot with one of our Biona pasta sauces - Buon Appetito!
