Half a pack of silken tofu, any sort (approx. 175g/generous 6oz)
60ml/ 4 tbsp water
60ml/ 4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp light miso
1 tbsp Biona Organic Agave Light Syrup
1 tbsp Biona Organic Dijon mustard
1 tsp Biona Organic Worcester Sauce (vegetarian)
1 clove garlic
Black pepper to taste
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container.
