Toasted Coconut and Lime Cream Soda


130g ice

125ml Biona Organic coconut milk

Juice from one whole lime

30g Biona Organic Agave syrup

425ml cups soda water

2 tablespoons (or more) toasted coconut chips or flakes

lime zest to garnish



In a cocktail shaker add the ice, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave.

Shake well.

Divide between two cocktail glasses and add in more ice if desired.

Pour in the soda water to fill each glass,

Top each drink with the toasted coconut and lime zest.
