Homemade Vegan Peanut Butter Rolos



200g pitted soft medjool dates

1/2 tbsp Biona Organic Peanut Butter 

Pinch of sea salt 

150g Vegan Dark Chocolate 

1 tsp Biona coconut oil 

chia seeds (optional)



1. Process the dates with the nut butter until a sticky paste forms. 

2. Chill the date mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes, then shape into about 18 small balls 

3. Freeze balls again for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with coconut oil. 

4. Dunk each chilled ball into the chocolate, tap any excess off and sprinkle with chia seeds and stick a toothpick in it.
