Strawberry and Vanilla Cream Delight

Get ready for Wimbledon with this delicious take on Strawberries and Cream!


Serves 4-6 Preperation time: 15 minutes


1/2 pack/100g of Amisa Organic Spelt Sponge Fingers

300ml of Whipping Cream

800g (2 punnets) of Strawberries

1 tablespoon of Biona Organic Agave Syrup light

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Flaked almonds for decoration (optional)


1. Rinse the strawberries and cut into small chunks

2. Add the vanilla essence and agave syrup to the cream

3. Whip the cream until it turns to soft/medium peaks 

4. break the sponge fingers into small pieces

5. In a glass or serving bowl of your choice add alternate layers of strawberries, sponge fingers and vanilla cream 

6. Sprinkle almonds on top (optional)

7. Chill until you serve
