Vegan Falafel Wrap:


1 packet of Biona Organic Falafels

1 packet of Organic Wraps

Organic Fresh Spinach & Cress 

Tahini Sauce:

125g Biona Organic Tahini

125g Water

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves of garlic

Salt & Pepper

2 tsp raw honey

Fresh Tomato Salsa:

6 ripe organic tomatoes

1 bunch of freshly chopped coriander

1 red onion

1 red chilli

1-2 limes

Salt & Pepper 


Tahini Dressing:

-          Combine all ingredients for the Tahini sauce in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.


Tomato Salsa:

-          Finely chop the fresh tomatoes and coriander and place into a large bowl, add chopped red onion and squeeze over the juice of 1-2 limes.

-          Deseed and finely chop the red chilli and add to the bowl.

-          Season with salt and pepper

Making the Wrap:

-          Gently fry the falafels until golden brown

-          Warm the wraps in a preheated oven for 5 min

-          Assemble the wrap with fresh spinach leaves, cress, falafels, fresh tomato salsa and a drizzle of tahini dressing. 

-          Enjoy!
