Fresh gnocchi with homemade pesto: 


1 pack of Biona Organic Fresh Gnocchi 


2 cups of fresh basil leaves 

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional) 

1/2 cup of Biona Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

1/3 cup pine nuts 

3 cloves of garlic 

Salt & Pepper to taste 



1. Add all ingredients for the pesto into a blender and pulse until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. 

2. Preheat a frying pan, add some olive oil or butter and heat the gnocchi for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the fresh pesto and enjoy!
