Vegan Mac & Cheese: Serves 4


300g Biona Organic Wholewheat Macaroni

½ white onion, diced

3-4 cloves of garlic

4 tbsp Biona Organic Cashew Butter

360ml vegetable stock

1 tbsp cornflour

½ tsp cumin

¾ tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp nutritional yeast 



1.       Boil macaroni per package instructions.

2.       Over a medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cook until soft.

3.       Add onions and garlic to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

4.       Drain the macaroni and add it to the cashew cheese sauce.

5.       Garnish with cracked black pepper and coriander.
