Prep and Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serves 4

120g BioFair organic dark chocolate + 8 pieces (keep aside)
3 organic eggs
80g Biofair organic raw cane sugar
1 tbsp organic flour
Biona organic traditional churned butter + some for greasing

Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7

Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Leave until melted and smooth, stirring only once or twice.

In a separate bowl, lightly whisk together the flour, eggs and sugar.
Fold the melted chocolate into the mixture and stir
until completely combined.
Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour shaking off the excess.

Pour one third of the mixture into the ramekins. Lay on top 2 pieces of chocolate in each and cover with the rest of the mixture.
Transfer to the oven and cook for 12 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or double cream.
